ABOUT TONI ARCHER, MMFT

Tonika “Toni” Archer is a social scientist that holds the Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy degree from Argosy University. Toni has worked in a diverse range of professional service industries, including healthcare, funeral service, higher education, and mental health. Toni has been working in the private practice mental health industry since 2012. 
Toni is a sex-positive, poly friendly, and kink/BDSM allied therapist that specializes in working with members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. During her time at the university, she began research into BDSM relationships and power dynamics; consequently; she is currently active in the Chicago BDSM advocacy community. 
As a cultural anthropologist, Toni has actively explored the worlds main religions and spiritual systems. She is a member of several esoteric societies and uses her spiritual gifts as a clairvoyant, claircognizant, and clairempath to enhance the therapeutic process.  Through her travels, she acquired tools and techniques to guide, rejuvenate, and empower others with her light-hearted humorous approach to counseling.  
Toni’s varied background in individual development and community service provided the perfect foundation for understanding human thinking and behavior as it relates to clinical, holistic, and spiritual therapy. Toni considers herself a strategically structured emotionally focused therapist because it resonates with her core beliefs and unique style of conducting therapy.
